Modelo fitness apoya a Croacia ¡Completamente desnuda!

“Designing Croatia today was a lot of fun!! What a crazy World Cup this has been! Who’s gonna be tuning in this Sunday??”, fue lo que escribió en la fotografía compartida.

Pero esta no es la única imagen en la que muestra su cuerpo, ya que en la mayoría de sus imágenes aparece con muy poca ropa.

I'm not fishing for compliments here when I say that some days I really feel like my physique looks like sh*t. It's so frustrating when you feel like you look totally different from day to day. One day you feel like a supermodel and the next you feel like you've lost it all. I've been really hard on myself lately and I often need to take a step back and realize that I've come a long way, and that I really need to stop being such an extreme perfectionist. Anyway, congrats to France and Croatia!!! It's gonna be quite a game!!! ——— #gym #gymflow #fit #fitnessmodel #fitness #photography #shredded #model #bootybuilder #blonde #girlswholift #gymrat #aesthetics #teamsavage #fitfam #abs #bodybuilding #lift #motivation #inspiration #bikini #girlswithmuscle #photooftheday #physique #fitchick #flex #worldcup #gymmotivation #love

Just some regular pics in a bikini today. 👙😜 (The following discussion will be largely speculation). A recent study has shown that *extracellular* lactate may play a role in hypertrophy. If this is the case, doing our best to maximize lactate production might not be a bad idea. Employing occlusion (either normally via contraction or cuff induced) might be in our best interest if our intent is to maximize growth. Therefore, this might be another case in favor of utilizing a constant tension and selecting lifts that are easy to modify to avoid resting (which is where I think machines have an edge since there's generally a lot more stability. With an increase instability, there's a higher probability of being able to push the set with both 1) a constant tension kept through the full duration of the set AND 2) less fear of injury due to increase of stability. If you fail on a machine, there's generally less risk of injury since you're a lot more stable and aren't standing with a free barbell on your back. I think most people write off machines too quickly). Anyway, keeping the tension constant would cause eventual plasma backflow into interstitial spaces and back into the cell itself. This backflow of plasma would theoretically keep O2 rich arterial influx from accessing the cell(s), allowing for a quicker and potentially larger buildup of lactate. Any resting between reps could allow enough time for the natural flux of blood to resume, with some O2 being able to access the cells. This might put a dent in our lactate accumulation and potential hypertrophic stimulus, IF the post-set extracellular lactate response is dependent upon the amount of lactate present. Gotta love that window lighting 💪🏼😜 Anyway, had to share this next bit since I have a lot of people asking me about losing weight (fat). If trying to lose fat, eating 6 300 cal meals a day does not have any benefit over eating 3 600 cal meals. Thermic effect remains the same. Check out Brad Schoenfeld's twitter page for all the juicy updates! I love his twitter page 😂 And no I don't have twitter (or snap). I just use google to look at it. Haha. But yeah, lots of juicy info on Brad's page!
